Padmini Devi, the only daughter of Maharaja Rajendra Prakash of Himachal, was married to Brigadier Sawai Bhawani Singh, son of Maharaja Sawai Man Singh (II) of Jaipur. Himachal’s daughter Padmini came to Rajasthan as a daughter-in-law. Then after that, the daughters of Rajputana’s royal families became the pride of Himachal’s royal families by becoming daughter-in-law.
  5. Chandresh Kumari, the daughter of the Marwar royal family of Rajasthan, married into the Katoch royal family of Himachal. She was married to Aditya Dev Katoch in 1968. Chandresh Kumari was born to Hanwant Singh and Krishna Kumari. Chandresh Kumari’s brother is Gaj Singh. She had a long political career. She has also been a Member of Parliament from Jodhpur, Union Minister and Minister in Himachal Government.
  6. MLA Vikramaditya Singh, son of Virbhadra Singh, former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh and King of Bushahr State, was married three years ago to Sudarshana Singh, daughter of the royal family of Udaipur (Rajasthan). But later, there was a dispute.
  7. The sons of Maharaja Laxman Sen, the king of the princely state of Suket, were married into the royal houses of Rajasthan.
