The hotels location, affordability and location make it unbeatable value for money.

My only constructive criticism of the DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa is that the spa needs work. For example, the grout on the pool tile has rotted away. It’s evident that a patch-up was done to the layer above the water line, but the entire pool needs re-grouting. The jets on the hot tub outside do not work. You have to finagle the button on the hot tub inside to make it work. And the door frames inside the pool area are rotting.
